Lesson 8: The Music of My Heart
In Lesson 8 I cover the importance of music and how it has an impact on our thoughts, moods, and faith. I shared some of my favorite music in the lesson and thought it would be fun to hear what you find uplifting. I know I’m always looking for new artists to add to my library. I’ve allowed music to slip out of importance in my life. And I know how motivating, inspiring and hear mending it is! I am out of the loop as to what artists are now popular. But - I prefer more contemporary music and the good old hymns. Does anyone know where I can get some free downloads? I dont have much time to spend internet searching.

Music is absolutely the motivator in my life. It’s how I connect with my passion and every book I write has a certain collection that inspired it. I don’t know how I’d get through the tough times without music. And when I play certain songs, they’ll remind me of what I was going through at the time. For example, one particular song, “If You Want Me To” by Ginny Owens, always inspires me to keep going, even if it’s not the path I would have chosen.

**Inspriation music… I have benefitted many times from contemporary christian music… as I prepare and host and lead a weekly ladies home bible study. It is open to all faiths.
Praise and Worship music are the first aftr prayer from an artist of the day…
